How To Make Glow In The Dark Easter Eggs

Here is fun activity for Easter or any other time of year when your kids need a good camping or backyard activity – a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt!

What you need to make these glow in the dark Easter eggs:

2″ glow sticks or glow stick necklaces or bracelets, if you can’t find the 2″ size.

Use rubber bands to bind the larger glow sticks into balls that will fit inside a plastic Easter egg.

Put the glowsticks inside plastic Easter eggs.

Hide them outside after dark or inside with the lights off.

How To Make Glow In The Dark Bubbles

Here is something that your kids will love – glow in the dark bubbles. I really like this for a camping activity, because it combines two of my daughter’s favorite things – bubbles and glow in the dark.

To make glow in the dark bubbles, simply break or cut open dollar store glow sticks and pour the contents into regular bubbles. Shake well. Your kids will be dazzled!
